Ms. Harrington is an associate attorney for the firm with involvement in each of the firm’s practice areas, including real estate transactions, corporate law, tax law and estate planning matters.

Commercial Real Estate

Ms. Harrington assists in the firm’s representation of buyers, sellers and lenders in various commercial real estate transactions in and across the State of Florida. Ms. Harrington drafts and reviews purchase and sale agreements and all of the ancillary documents required to successfully close a real estate deal. She is involved in the title insurance aspect of transactions in which the firm is acting as title agent, ensuring compliance with title exceptions and requirements.

Corporate Law

Ms. Harrington forms various legal entities and drafts routine governance documents to ensure compliance for each entity client. Ms. Harrington also assists the firm in representing buyers and sellers of various business forms in buying, selling and merging businesses and drafts stock and asset purchase agreements.

Tax Practice

Ms. Harrington also handles tax compliance matters for both federal and state issues. She ensures compliance as a result of corporate restructuring, and individual tax matters. Ms. Harrington is an active member of the Florida Bar Tax Section. Ms. Harrington began her passion for helping clients with their tax issues in law school, volunteering in IRS VITA clinics and low-income tax clinics.

Estate Planning

Ms. Harrington assists the firm’s clients in planning and drafting essential estate planning documents for clients with non-taxable estates.
